My approach is rooted in compassion, evidence-based practice, and a commitment to nurturing every learner’s emotional and academic growth.

Throughout my career, I have worked across diverse educational and clinical settings, supporting children, families, and educators in Tanzania, the UK, and internationally. I specialise in psychological assessments, emotional and behavioural guidance, and the development of tailored intervention programmes. My leadership ensures that psychological support at My Online School is accessible, confidential, and integrated into our holistic educational model.

I am passionate about empowering children to thrive academically and emotionally. By fostering resilience, confidence, and communication skills, I help learners overcome challenges and achieve their full potential. My role as Dean allows me to shape a supportive environment where mental health is valued alongside academic excellence, and every student receives the care and guidance they need to succeed.
